‌Explosion-proof Performance‌

The explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof housing design meet the Ex d IIB T4 Gb explosion-proof standards and can cope with Class II gas and dust environments;

The key components are made of spark-free alloy to avoid the risk of explosion caused by static electricity accumulation.

‌Automation Function‌

Supports photoelectric induction automatic strapping, single strapping time ≤ 2.5 seconds, suitable for PP/PET strapping tape with a width of 9-15mm and a thickness of 0.55-1.2mm;

Programmable control (such as OMRON PLC) to achieve multi-channel parallel strapping and parameter customization67.

The frame height can be customized (default 800mm width), the table height is 750mm, and it can adapt to a variety of packaging sizes;
